We cannot hope to keep up with all the available media in an always-on world. Rather than disconnect, I suggest we think about ways to take back our technology to self-select our content, reduce the amount that we consume, and focus on content and community over quantity.
A reminder to myself and anyone reading this: Your health is more important than the work you do. Your mental well-being is more important. Work is not and should not ever be the most important thing in your life. That mindset isn't admirable. It's sad and destructive.
